Strawberry Pie

  Ingredients
    4 cups    Finke's Strawberries
    1 cup     water
    3/4 cup  sugar
    3 tbsp    cornstarch
    1/4 tsp   salt
     
     
  Boil 1 cup of the berries in 1 cup of water.  Simmer for 3 minutes.
Strain to get at least 1 cup liquid.

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt
Slowly add mixture to juice; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Cook 3 minutes or until thick.
Cool.

Pour over the rest of the berries in a baked pie shell.
