FANTASTIC FROZEN STRAWBERRY SAUCE

    5 quarts of strawberries, cut or chopped
3 cups sugar
1 package Sure Jell
1 cup water

Stir sugar and berries together. Mix Sure Jell and 1 cup water - boil 1 minute, then pour over berries. Stir 3 minutes. Stand 10 minutes, pour into containers and freeze.

Excellent for shortcake or over ice cream in the winter!
